March Celebrations

We have a lot of things to celebrate in March. First was Braden's birthday. He had his friends over for a Beyblade party. They had a blast and Elly found joy in tormenting the friends. Braden's cake was a Beyblade arena. Braden loved his nerf gun and it is so much fun finding amo all over the house.
Biff had a great time celebrating his 40th b-day. He had a surprise party at work and got an awesome watch from his co-workers.
One night we took Bailee to a dance and came home to find our room decorated by our kids for our 18th Wedding anniversary.
There were even balloons and signs all over. It was GREAT!!! They covered our door in streamers. Our kids are so thoughtful and I have to remember these moments.

Winter-SNOW and ICE- 2011

The first week of Feruary gave us A LOT of ice and snow. We were actually snowed in for 3 days. School was cancelled for 5 days and even church was cancelled. Here are the kids climbing up the drive way as it was too slick to walk up.
Then they would slide down on their bellies. They looked like a bunch of penguins.

They did have fun and it was a great break from life to all be home together for a bunch of days.

Elly 12?

It is hard to believe that Elly is already 12. She is becoming a beautiful, inteligent and talented Young Woman. We love Ellly in our family and she makes it a lot of fun. Her cake was covered in marshmallow fondant and actually tasted quite good. It was a little messy to make but fun, too. Grandma Price was here for her birthday as Biff and I left for Florida on January 12th.

Peyton said his favorite part of his birthday was making this cape with Hillary. It turned out awesome and he loves it. He had been designing it for a while and it is quite amazing.

Christmas 2010

We had a great Christmas with lots of fun visitors. We had grandma and grandpa Williams, Skip, Bonnie and Griffin Williams. We enjoyed being together and loved all of Grandma Williams games and crafts. This was definitely a year to remember.
Snuggling with Grandpa Williams on the Couch and wathching a great FB game.
Our favorite games-Spot It and another game I cannot remember the name but I will add it later.
Grandma Williams helped all the kids make a Nativity out of walnut shells. It is so adorable that I packed it away for next year. Thanks to Abby who made part of it back in Utah.
Christmas Eve started with the traditional gift of socks for everyone from Biff. Then we had breakfast at the Sunrise Cafe. It was muy Delicioso and we were all stuffed! After breakfast we worked off our calories in a good game of bowling. We had a great time. The traditional re-enactment of the Nativity with a live baby as baby Jesus, thank you Griffin.
Everyone in front of the tree before the presents were opened.
The kids getting ready to unwrap the presents.
Bailee holding Griffin as he is tired from the big day.
Grandpa Williams opening Lea's present from the MTC. Then as usual--meaning it happens every year. I did not take any pictures of Christmas Day. I think this year I actually lost the camera in all the rubble. I hope to actually take some next year. HOPEFULLY!!

December traditions

We love our traditions at Christmas! Every year Grandma Price sends a project for each Monday night for us to make or do. This is the first one-a paper Christmas Tree. Biff LOVES to put these together. The finished product was this CUTE tree. Another one of our favorites is the Christmas Walk at Fowler Park. We braved the weather with the Threlfalls. They have all of the cabins decorated and different pioneers in each one. It is so much fun to be out in the cold and go through the snow. It just feels like Christmas.

Thanksgiving 2010

We had another great Thanksgiving in Terre Haute. This year Skip, Bonnie, and Griffin Williams and also Lynnie, Jeremy, Price, Brinlee, and Kylee Hodson all came to visit. It was filled with a lot of games-bowling, Wii, and Four square. Skip, Lynnie, and I braved another Black Friday and Midnight Walmart run. Griffin was the newest family member to join us this year and waht a cutie! 2B005.jpg"> Lynnie and Jeremy missed us so much last year they decided to come again this year!! We really missed them, too. The Kids table where there is always tons of excitment!! The thing we loved most passing Griffin around to hold him!!
