Mud Ball

Saturday, Bailee played in a soccer tournament. It had rained for the past two days so imagine the mess. The ball would just stop in puddles.

Rowen turns four!!

Grandma and Grandpa Price visited and we had a blast.

Rowen had lots of boys and poor Rebecca survived the mayhem for the birthday party. Rowen wanted a Diego cake--AGAIN!

Rowen and the love of his life Hay Hay! (In his Diego PJ's)

Homecoming --ISU style

ISU has the BEST homecoming celebration. The parade at 9a.m.
Loads of candy--see how each kid gets a huge bag full. At one point they were just dropping buckets of candy in front of our kids. Rowen's pumpkin is FULL!

Followed by Tent city outside the stadium. Too many freebies to mention and food beyond imagination in over 85 tents. For kids it is Heaven and they even got a picture with Sycamore Sam.

ISU beat western Illinois to end a 3 year losing streak. WOW!! We finished off our day with a soccer tournament in Indy. We were outside for over 12 hours on Saturday. The kids had a ball and Elly scored an awesome goal in the last seconds of the 2nd game. What a Day!!!

March ON!!

Friday was the launch of the public campaign "March On" for ISU fundraising. It was a black tie event and since Biff and I never went to Prom--here was our chance!! Our kids weren't home when we left so that is the reason for seperate pictures.

My dress required some doctoring up and I doubt I will ever do it again. The night was very enjoyable and we had a great time.

Fall

On Tuesday just as the kids were going to get on the bus, Elly said, "Look the sky is purple." We looked out and it was but we also saw this georgeous rainbow. We had a fun fall break. Bonnie came to visit (loved having her and wish she was even closer than 2 hours) and we went to see Page in Indy. Bailee and Elly got to serve lunch to the UNI volleyball team. It is always fun to see old friends. We also watched them beat ISU in three awesome games. Thanks to the Gage's we had great leftovers Friday night, too.

Saturday Elly and I went to Bloomington for the 10-11 year old activity day. It was a blast and such a spiritual boost. Here is Elly with the dream catcher and prayer doll that they gave the girls at the end of the day.

Followed by an super soccer game!

Biff had general priesthood meeting and had to go to Bloomington. We decided to go down together (again) and I went shopping while he was at the Stake Center. The ride to Bloomington is beautiful--here are some pictures of the leaves changing.

Love Fall

General Conference was the perfect way to end a busy week. We had a wonderful week. Biff and I got back from a quick trip to Utah for our 20 year high school reunion. It was so much fun to see everyone. What a blast!! Thank you to Skip and Bonnie for watching our kiddos--they will probably never want kids of their own.

This week was the county volleyball tournament. Bailee's team played and won on Monday and Tuesday. Then on Thursday they played in the championship game against Wilson and lost in a nail biter. It was a great game and in the paper the next day there was a good article about the high caliber of volleyball in the middle schools.

We also had soccer and flag football practices. Elly won the Character award for the month (punctuality)--go Elly.

Saturday we had a full day:
8:00 family pictures
10:00 Flag football (Peyton loved being the center this week, calling huddle and handing the ball off.)

11:00 flag football

12:30 soccer game

2:00 Soccer game
4:00 Conference
6:45 Soccer game (Bailee and her friend Merit as ball girls at the ISU game
But we survived it.
